So since it doesn’t specify who is releasing the genetic material, what about those sneaky eggs containing genetic material that go wandering out? Are women supposed to magically retain them if they aren’t intending to create an embryo??

wow. you just gave them an idea! we'll ALL be criminals! but they'll set us at liberty us with a conditional release, that we bow down and do the dirty ANY TIME they want.
Eggs can only be fertilized inside of the fallopian tubes. Once it’s out in the wild, it’s no longer viable. Sperm are viable for several minutes out in the open air, and up to 5 days inside of a woman looking for the egg.
Yes and my point is that women do not have any way to control the release of this genetic material and under this proposed law, that could be problematic.
The whole point of the law is to be problematic, because it’s highlighting how problematic the laws already are against women.
Men also don't always have control over it, as in the case of nocturnal emissions.
It’s almost like when women don’t have control over being forcefully impregnated against their will, but still have to bear the consequences.
It is so awful, it took me a minute to find the right response. Thank you for speaking about reality so others can see it.
