So since it doesn’t specify who is releasing the genetic material, what about those sneaky eggs containing genetic material that go wandering out? Are women supposed to magically retain them if they aren’t intending to create an embryo??

Eggs can only be fertilized inside of the fallopian tubes. Once it’s out in the wild, it’s no longer viable. Sperm are viable for several minutes out in the open air, and up to 5 days inside of a woman looking for the egg.

Yes and my point is that women do not have any way to control the release of this genetic material and under this proposed law, that could be problematic.
