My uncle and father died. I have long-covid. We have genes for a lung condition that's almost a death sentence with Covid. My uncle ran, ate healthy, did what he was supposed to do. It took him 21 days of misery to die of Covid. My LCovid is just now improving after five years.

I am so sorry for your losses and your continued illness. I hope new treatments for long COVID will be discovered. It’s unconscionable that vaccines that reduce the severity of this illness will be restricted.
