Sounds like an awfully peculiar fall-back position. Forgive me if I am overly obtuse, but isn't the point of doing something like this to make things better for someone, not get them killed?
Not necessarily. Suicide bombers have been a thing for a long time.” Typically their actions are more for a “cause” than for themselves.
I still haven't heard anyone explain how he set off the bomb _after_ he shot himself. Timer? Long fuse? An accomplice? Noise activated explosive? Prayed real hard before shooting himself? ;o)
Probably haven’t heard it explained because that information hasn’t been released? It’s still an open investigation- they aren’t going to share every little detail.
