You don't seem like a both sides person. Biden administration really tried to deliver everything voters said they wanted. 98% of elected Democrats supported it. Only the two rich traitors to our party blocked it, oh, and EVERY single Republican voted against doing any of this.
I know what the vote was. What I don’t know is why Biden wasn’t able to get those votes. Why was the Parliamentarian allowed to block the $15 minimum wage? Some deals aren’t being made so I wonder if they aren’t wanted. The Dems are far better, but they need to fight for us, not just talk.
Everybody tried to pressure Joe Manchin. He said from the start he would not nuke the filibuster. I believe he had taken money on the promise he would not. Couldn't be pressured bcs he didn't CARE if he lost. Republicans are the enemy.
