I have figured out the "enigma". A line from Epstein’s birthday card from DJT. “Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?” Anagram for enigmas: Gamines. Another way to read this: "Young girls never grow old....(for them)."

Definitions For Gamine noun • A girl of impish appeal • A homeless girl who roams the streets • An attractive and usually thin and small woman or girl who often shows a playful desire to cause trouble
