I can see here - I don't know if it was intentional - a word game. There is the word "stojak" in Polish, meaning “something that stands”. We would also say of an erect penis in Polish that it ”stoi" (stands) or “jest stojący” (is standing). So: stojak ➡️ Stoyjak ➡️ a synonym for “boner” 🫣.
