Never, ever before 2016, could you have made me believe that I'd be happy to see a US elected official treated this way. But, here we are.

Itโ€™s complete insanity. A criminal as President.

The longer he stays in office, flaunting the Constitution, the worse we look to the whole rest of the world. Time to demand Impeachment #3 for current offenses.

I keep seeing people use the wrong word in this context. Itโ€™s not flaunting but flouting the constitution. Just for the record. The only thing he flaunts is his complete lack of competence.

Okay. Good point. How 'bout "he is flaunting his flouting?"

And time to remove him. Prosecute him for his multitude of crimes including abducting people, including children, and transporting them internationally to death camps.

Isn't it ironic that he, himself, is guilty of exactly the transgressions he accuses others of committing.

Yep, I actually believe that, if he is removed from office and a sane person follows, within the next 6 Months to maybe 1.5 Years. There is a pretty good chance at rebuilding the US' global alliances & trust in the US. If not, I don't think people will trust the US any time soon

I really feel, from what I read and hear, that Europeans are able to distinguish the American people and the present administration. Even if Americans massively voted for them. But I'm confident that when you need to build America back again, we'll be here.

The issue is trust. In 2016, we were able to believe that Trump was an accident and there were checks on him, that's not the case anymore. The risk that it could happen again is high. I think they would need a regime change/ take away power from the president, to regain that trust

Totally agree with you. The BBC has always reported on mainstream US politics, before 2016, ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ President was occasionally seen on tv, but since tRump has been in office, itโ€™s daily, and for some crass thing heโ€™s done or said. Iโ€™m sure the whole ๐ŸŒŽ watches in amazement.
