In your dreams, perhaps. It's impossible for a human being to change sex. You think you can alter your chromosomes? You can have your genitalia surgically removed/modified & take hormones all your life, but you are still the sex you became in the womb.

But chromosomes do not define your sex. They are only strongly correlated with sex. Even the SRY gene is nondeterministic for sex. No single trait of the human body defines it.
