But patting someone after a failed handshake is still kinda shaking the hand and saying hello. A snub is when you ignore that person entirely!!! At least that’s how we do it here.

If you really think that patting someone is kind of a hand shake after refusing to actually shake their hand I have a sandcastle in the desert to sell you, and turd talked to Macron not the other way round. If you're one of two people that don't get a handshake it's a snub , but you do you 😂🤣
