It’s hard and thankless job for sure! too often considered “entry level,” when in actuality it requires a very specific skill set. I’m a policy analyst supervisor now, but I started in eligibility and it was a great job. Kudos to your aunt!

It really is. I wish we could do more for our people. I hope we’re able to reverse all of these terrible policies at some point. This is just so awful.

For that your'e going to need corporaions that actually give a flying eff about people over profits ... Good luck with that... Especially with the monoliths like Amazon, Tesla, Big Pharma etc... It's Profits baby ... all the way !! - the big bucks.. the almighty $$$
