He's taking blood thinners for A-fib and you bruise very easily if you bang your hand or arm into something. They're not telling us, but it's obvious. These are blood thinner bruises. That coupled with his cankles and the shortness of breath, I would say he has congestive heart failure also.
Original trauma might be exacerbated by blood thinners. Infusions would def give that appearance. Handshaking? Not sure. Seems high up on back of hand for that explanation.
The thought of infusions crossed my mind also. But I've noticed them on his arms too. If it's infusions, what is it? Don't think he's going to make it til the next election.
It could be a lot of things that wouldn’t necessarily put him at death’s door.
Blood thinners like warfarin cause this kind of bruising from minor impact. This is my first thought.
I’m on blood thinners. It takes some sort of trauma however minor first. Those bruises are consistent with the ones I got on infusions.
What makes you think he has a fib? He could be on thinners to prevent DVT sonce he has chronic venous insufficiency
That was just the first thought that came to mind because I have family members with it and the bruises look the same. But I guess they could come from a lot of other things too.

I don’t think it’s AFib. Vascular insufficiency is very prone to phlebitis and blood clots in the legs. I think he has INR drawn every month to adjust anticoagulation dose to prevent leg clots. Venous insufficiency is painful btw and can interfere with with sleep. Trump already has sleep problem

Two time heart transplant, one time kidney recipient here. IMO, it’s an IV bruise on his hands. Based on the swelling in his extremities, he’s probably receiving IV diuretics. Could be either heart or kidney failure, possibly both.

Remember that Trump is not only “suffering” from dementia, he was (and likely still is) a serial and serious abuser of drugs like cocaine and Adderall. That and his diet means they’re giving him some medications, likely more than one, via IV.

It looks like his wrists and hands are really swollen too, like his ankles. Something's not functioning in his body. Maybe it's his kidneys. Is he secretly on dialysis? If so, It will be done in secret and we'll never know. Maybe soon he'll wake up de@d!

In Trump’s 2016 physical Trump had plaques in his coronaries. I would imagine in the years following it would not have improved especially with his inactivity and diet.
