For one how does RFK JR know what the testosterone levels of teenagers are, they aren't regularly tested. Perhaps the fertility rate is low, because it is fucking expensive to have children in the United States!

The algorithms fed to teen girls have vilified hormonal birth control for years. I doubt an outright ban will happen, but I bet RFK opens a few quack studies to sow more doubt into young women’s heads and Thiel invested millions in a menstrual cycle tracking app.
