Well his base is useless to him, he is term limited from running again! Let's be clear there is no way a Constitutional Amendment gets passed to allow more than 2 terms before the 2028 election. Also if one did, then Obama could run against him!

Really? And you believe this SCOTUS kangaroo court would step in and stop him?

SCOTUS can't overrule a the XXII Amendment! Yes they "asked questions" about the 14th Amendment in the disqualification case out of Colorado, but the language of the 22nd Amendment is crystal clear. There is no ambiguity!

I would have thought so, but I don’t believe anything anymore. Constitutionally, Congress is expressly responsible for things the President is not. How’s that holding up? No one is above the law? How’d they uphold that? Everything we’ve been taught about the much ballyhooed ✅ & ⚖️ turns out to be BS.

The Constitution is the Constitution! If SCOTUS decides they can invalidate the Constitution, then the United States doesn't exist! The United States is build on the Constitution! I tend not to be a pessimist, but I get your point!

He, Republican Congress - both houses, 99% of all members including the silent spineless ones, and SCOTUS are trampling all over and shredding the Constitution, no looking back. SCOTUS is hindering and outright blocking the abilities of lower court judiciaries with and without giving any reasoning.

Still my point is the Constitution is the Constitution. To get an Amendment passed means 2/3rds of both the House and Senate have to vote for it (currently they are like 51/49 majorities) and 3/4th of the states have to ratify it. So he can't change the Constitution. If SCOTUS tries to invalidate

it, then we don't have a Constitution, we don't have a country, and we have no laws!

I absolutely agree, but what’s next? Something. Every effing day, something we hold (held) near and dear is blown to smithereens. Some new way for the world and our citizens to recognize that the shining city on the hill was a figment of our collective imagination. ‘If you can keep it’? We aren’t.

The answer to that question is up to the first three words of the US Constitution, "We The People".

The United States was formed by waging a rebellion against a monarch 2,000+ miles away. The Revolutionary war was raised by the people tired of a tyrannical government who refused to hear their grievances. Problem now is we have a representative form of government but we Q who are the representing

Nothing is normal anymore, rules & laws dont matter if you're 1 of them. Congress or SCROTUS will just change the rules. Their motto: "Rules were made to be broken, stomped on, burned, buried and totally disregarded. But only by US."
