I don't know about that, I would actually love to see their orders. Are they title 10 (federal) or are they title 32 (state). Let's not forget Trump only activated the DC Guard, then several Republican Governors activated their own to go in a show of support.

From what I understand understand under both those deployment titles, the funds still come from DOD, but the individual governors are "in charge" or in command of troops once deployed. No?
