For having been waken up at 2:45am because of this case, Judge Sooknanan is a beast of a woman who actually cares about the case, and it is also obvious she is not buying what DOJ is trying to sell her at face value.

With due respect to Judge Sooknanan, she almost certainly gave instructions to her law clerk to keep filing minute orders demanding further status reports until DOJ accounted for every child, and has been getting her well-deserved sleep for the last several hours while the clerk remains awake.
