I don't think he knows that a lot of these great trades people actually do go back to school to learn their craft. We just don't get degrees out of our 4+ years of school and work experience as apprentices. Only because we don't take a reading or writing class.
Correct. You don’t just graduate from high school and become a pro HVAC tech. The infrastructure for the manufacturing sites he refs doesn’t exist today. A company must invest in that infra, build it and employ it. That’s years away. If at all. Reinventing a system that exists overseas, by design.
