Lightly coat your bacon strips with flour on both sides. Shake off excess. Place on cookie sheet with parch paper. Into oven not preheated but from the preheat to 400F. When the oven reaches 400 with bacon in set timer for 15 minutes. Bacon will come out crispy, straight and with a nice mouth feel.

Mix a little Garlic Powder in the flour for a different flavor. Can also add brown sugar blended into powdered texture into the coating flour for a sweet crunch. Ginger. Onion Powder.
