I know people in their 40s whose bodies are broken down from manual labor, and they don't have the mental aptitude to be desk workers; that's why they were doing manual labor in the first place.

Tell that to an auto mechanic who crawls on their knees on a cement floor to set up hoists for 45 years and works over their head and lifts tires off of and back onto vehicles all day every day having never been unemployed.
