I get it. Thing is, Parish couldn’t have done anything. The shares in question were controlled by Textor who could have taken action. Parish did all he could - limited textor’s voting rights, signed agreements saying he can’t make decisions etc. Hence Textor part of banner and song

Who is "they" in this context, that you think are being sensitive? Forest fans? We don't know what was in the email either! My guess is it was something like "Whatever you decide, please do it soon, we have a transfer window ahead and we don't even know what league we're playing in!".

Could be any number of reasons. Maybe there's a confidentiality agreement, maybe it includes commercially sensitive information (such as how much they intend to spend in the transfer window), maybe nobody at the club gives enough of a fuck? I mean who knows?
Are they still peddling that garbage? Palace's own fans were talking about the issue on May 21st. If their fans were you can bet UEFA were too. I've never known such a stupid, blind, deluded fanbase dumbly swallowing everything the slimy gimp Parish feeds them.
Forest were unambiguously directly impacted, our whole pre-season and transfers prefixed by it. Of course we got in touch with UEFA seeking clarity. If you think that altered the outcome (even if we worded it in the manner of the most fevered Palace fan imagination), I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

Maybe they will come to light when the full findings are shared. Maybe not. Even if Forest have said the worst things you can possibly imagine - it will not have impacted the outcome. That is not how rules work.
Palace have just cause to be upset by UEFA (the rules are a farce) and Textor. The ire at Forest is nonsense, at best naive and at worst just succumbing to rage bait. A world where people just want a means to be (ever more) angry, however tenuous.

#cpfc got e-mails from both EPL and UEFA warning them of the changes to the rules. It was also widely reported on in the press. At no point did they contact UEFA to ask how they viewed the #cpfc ownership structure in relation to the MCO rules. They should have done this but didn’t and is on them.

Forest are in it because : 1) They’re the only club to write to uefa 2) they’ve done many more deals with Textor clubs than Palace

I’ll read that in a bit. Textor invested in the club when he didn’t own any others. I don’t get what the issue there is? I’m sure Marinakis has been good on the pitch for you. Though that said, it doesn’t excuse what he does away from the pitch. Which a lot of forest fans seem to want to do
