I can tell you that down here in Florida, the organizations didn't communicate the event until just a few days before the event.

Sign up for all the groups you can and keep an eye on your email. Then share them with others in this kind of thread. actionnetwork.org
Same here in Colorado. I would have joined a protest had I known. Communication is essential in the resistance!!
Get on the newsletters from Indivisible, 50501, your local progressive party... get involved, volunteer, scan Mobilize, Google your city with a protest...
I am signed up and involved. Iβve been protesting all summer. I didnβt receive anything about last weekend.
Also, I googled for Denver, much came up. Even mobilize. www.mobilize.us/progressived...
Thank you, but I donβt protest in Denver because itβs too far away. I live in extreme rural Colorado out here fighting for our lives and to get Bobo out of my district. Iβm signed up with many groups!
Try starting a mini-protest in your community. We copied this idea from NYC's Beacon. Persistent presence makes a difference. You can do it. Even 2 people on a corner...
Actually, I didnβt ask you for any thoughts or advice. Not all of us can persistently be somewhere like you are on my comment.
No Kings was a collaboration of about 30 groups, sharing abilities to reach folks ( Mobilize). That ability takes huge efforts and volunteers. Get on newsletters and keep up, join Zoom and webinars. Indivisible and 50501 have been great. May Day Strong did Labor Day.
Not sure if this would have helped but I always monitor www.mobilize.us for local opportunities to volunteer/protest.
Another group to follow is AFL-CIO www.instagram.com/stories/aflcio
Iβm not on IG or FB or anything meta because Iβm not a Nazi.
