I’ve predicted he’s had a series of ministrokes which may have made him unable to produce an intelligible sentence. Unusual that he’s spoken out to the media because his narcissism thrives on his audience.

Me too. Trump has zero control over his diahrrea blabbering or his insatiable, stage 5 addiction for attention. None. So it has to be a physical inability to speak and yes, likely from a series of mini strokes. In which case there's no way doctors would let him golf.
