I dislike the suspense. Trump's tariffs lost in both courts. At least enjoin any further tariff levies unless and until the US Supreme Court overrules the lower courts and rules in Trump's favor. If an action is determined by a court to be illegal, as here, restore the status quo ante, no tariffs.
