We all know this will go to SCOTUS & many think they'll just cave to Trump, BUT it's important to remember that the MOST Conservative conservatives are AGAINST taxing Americans even when Congress does it! So-it's very possible this Court cannot avoid the obvious ILLEGALITY of these taxes. #EconSky
