I had the Pyromania album back in 1983. Today I wonder why anyone likes their music.

What a disappointment this album was. Overproduced and ponderous. Hard to think of a band with a bigger step down than going from Pyromania to Hysteria.

I remember this well. I was 17, it was my birthday and I was working at a bank (which I hated). My co-workers chipped in to give me a gift certificate for HMV and I used it to buy this album which I subsequently played to death.
Was able to see them a couple times. They put on a great show
