I think we will see point to point cargo shipments using these. Assuming they achieve reliability on par with SpaceX falcon 9; you don't need pilots, these are way cheaper to make than cargo aircraft, operations and fuel cost are lower over huge distances

Long distance 2 hour shipping for a couple million and high possibility the package might burn up in transit.

I did caveat that it would need to hit reliability levels of the falcon 9. Currently the falcon 9 is trusted to launch billion dollar satellites to orbit A non orbital launch (no reentry, less stresses on the vehicle etc) transporting something like a shipment of video cards, would make sense

Doubt they'll do regular cargo, but the DoD has already paid them to look into rapidly getting cargo around the planet for military purposes. Military is the only customer I can imagine paying a couple million per launch to do that.

The launch cost should be way less than that. With all components reusable (no throwing away a first or second stage) you are just paying for fuel and amortized wear and tear In addition to 2 hour shipping between hemispheres I could see moving high value, low volume cargo like microchips

And I'm sure this will sound crazy but once they hit the required reliability I could see large industrial / commercial campuses having a launch/landing tower to allow shipping to the destination instead of airports where it has to be moved by road or rail the last miles
