He is wrong #1 and you are correct that MAGA judges did this to President Biden all the time. If an executive order is illegal then a federal judge can put an injunction on it. Executive orders are not law. Only Congress can pass laws.

yeah but pre Obama you didn't have single district judges issuing nationwide TROs. I'm not saying the judiciary should stand down but the idea that any single district can issue a nationwide injunction seems like a bad idea to me
