From the look of it, they'll have a long wait. How do they expect to get control of Congress with an approval rating of 20%? Dem party members, Ind, and the public ain't buying what they're selling. Even Trump's is better. Think about police state. What will this chart look like by the midterms?
Or people are unhappy at Democrats for allowing Trump to happen and not doing anything to stop him now. These are the same people who gave Trump all the power he now has. The way the Democrats will get control of Congress is by the continued failures of the Trump administration, e.g., inflation.
