The search is always on for low carb foods. Has anyone tried hearts of palm pasta? They have an angel hair and linguine offering. I just wonder what it tastes like.

That’s so awesome!! Never had anything that had hearts of palm. I like spaghetti squash . Couldn’t sell my husband on zoodles though,

Zoodles are best dried really well and sautéed - hearts of palm has a nice a’dente texture and mild flavor- great for gluten free and keto friendly pasta… The one I had was ready serve linguine…

I just saw that the other day at the store and thought “that’s new”. I didn’t try it. I use the brown rice pasta. Higher fiber. If you do try it, let us know how it tastes!
