Here’s an idea: Send a plane to Guatemala, pick up the parents, and have them pair up with the children, with the proper paperwork, and then deport them back.

Or, a better idea, ask the kids if their parents abused or negelcted them. Why do you want kids to be abused? Seems kinda weird.
