So I guess you could say I was a desperate mush brain at the time. We all make mistakes. I owned up to mine. Made amends for all my wrongs. Dude had the nerve to say he was the “God appointed head of our household.” in front of my teenage daughters. That didn’t go over so well for him. 😈
I was religious when I was younger. Bible school, church the whole thing. Theirs no shame in it. We were lied to and indoctrinated as small kids. The good thing is we figured out it was bullshit. I started questioning around the age of 9 or 10. By the time I was 16, it was over for religion.
I was baptized Lutheran for my father’s feelings, but never went to church. My mom was a heathen from the hollers of WV , my dad practically a first generation immigrant from the “Old Counties” Polish/Hungarian. 10 years older to boot. East side Cleveland. Crazy fuckers!
I was never baptized. My family was old school apostolic. All of my family are German/Jewish immigrants. All Appalachian raised.
I miss living in the Appalachian foothills. My ma was born in the little finger called Terra Alta.
They're always looking for a weakness. And once they find it, they'll use it against you every chance they get. It's a very predatory system. I have family that are maga,too. I haven't seen them in a long time as I distanced myself from them. Mine are just stupid, so trumps type.
