Vollkorn does exactly what I need it to every single time. I don't know why I try other "book" typefaces.

What kills me for a lot of other "book" typefaces is how thin the print is. Even bold doesn't give me much of a differentiating heft. Vollkorn is sturdy and differentiates *well* across weights. I love using bold, black, and italics to differentiate information, and it just *works* for what I need.
