Why is this needless or cruel? He’s in custody due to the removal order implemented 6 years ago that he failed to address. He is getting his due process, hearings, and potential to remedy the situation. Unlike many others.

Do you think that IN GENERAL it's reasonable and humane to suddenly seize an immigrant who hasn't committed serious crimes, rip him away from his American family, throw him in jail, and deport him? I don't. It's needless and cruel in THIS SPECIFIC CASE because it's needless and cruel IN GENERAL.
