Does that include the US Marine combat vet that was deported in the middle of the night?

Nah I got it wrong. Though there have been a or 4 children and a handful of adults that have been illegally held in same cases up to 10 days. At any rate, deporting children fighting cancer, when they have a father in the country that is a US citizen is indefensible.

Again, the mother requested the child go with her. If you want to blame the mother, fine. But using a broad brush for a single complicated case is not appropriate

The point here being that deportations are happening without due process and it's DEFINITELY caught up a few American citizen minors in that. The father of that child has a say in what happens to the child, and that would need to be hashed out in court. It's the whole point of having "due process"

I am not saying that there are no errors occurring. I am trying to get my head around the concept that people who are here illegally are entitled to the exact same rights as citizens. I know I will get blowback on this but it is what it is. Please no “MAGA” or “Nazi” knee-jerks.

I'm not sure what's hard to understand. The constitution guarantees rights for EVERYONE not just citizens. I don't know what kind of person you have to be to have a hard time grasping that people are entitled to certain rights, even if they don't look like you or come from where you come from.

Last one: If me asking that question immediately makes you think I'm talking poorly about you, that's good, because it means you understand that your thought process on this is wrong. All men are created equal, not all Americans.

Sorry you don't like someone talking to you like you're and adult and not sugar coating everything. I can go as low as you want. But in this case I didn't insult I just said that I don't know what kind of person it takes to think that all men are not created equal

Because, “they, German Miller ,Noem, et all, propagandizes the situation”. People filing for citizenship, many are Not majority violent criminals, they are fleeing for many reasons looking for “refuge”. They deserve due process period. That is the law!

I ask for source because from what I ha e read the father of one of those children attempted to block the deportation but they had already deported them. The judge in that case said thet suspected that they'd just deported a US citizen without due process.

A little kid doesn't have the ability to self deport. He is deported along with his family because the alternative is the shitty US foster care system. What parent would leave a child behind? But also this bitch wrongfully and mistakenly deported US citizens, even without illegal family members.

Is “bitch” an official legal term? Thank you for basically supporting what I said.

fwiw multiple deported US children have a parent who remains in the US they could have stayed with but were not given the opportunity to do so.

Are you saying a parent stayed in the US while their child was deported? Do you gave any specific examples?

www.politico.com/news/2025/04...

A federal judge is raising alarms that the Trump administration deported a two-year-old U.S. citizen to Honduras with “no meaningful process,” even as the child’s father was frantically petitioning the courts to keep her in the country.

Come on. One parent stayed and the other parent took the child. Is that the only one you could come up with?

True, many of the parents whose US citizen children were deported along with them were not even given the opportunity to speak with their attorneys and their significant others who were here legally, or to any family members legally in the US. They were only given one choice - take the kid with you.

The parents were illegally transported out of the US, saying they were in the US illegally doesn't make it so. Then 2 illegal ( yes, they did not have legal council representation ) actions were compounded by a 3rd of coercion in being forced to take the child who is a citizen.
