"Observable" could be as valid as " virtually" Cause that's how much knowledge we have on the subject.... Human/our limitation not you me and everyone else per se

It’s generally defined based on the speed of light and the rate of expansion of the universe both well tested and measurable things. There is a defined edge that we can never observe anything beyond. It’s a concept derived from the little we know not the little we don’t know yet.
