Not much choice in small town Kentucky unfortunately. They were the only ones who would do something other than barbecue! The food was okay but they were probably the worst part of my wedding day. (My photographer not listening to me being a close second.)

People eat more HDs than they do entrees. Beginning of the event, small bites, people are hungrier and have a drink in their hand. Our rule was 6 pieces of HDs per guest, based on the count provided by the host. We usually built in about 10% overage to make sure we CYA.
