Rant please! Some of the ideas in TT make sense to me, as a reluctant/accidental manager. Would love to hear your perspective.

They stole 80-90 % of the content from other people’s content and those people largely make sense so that’s not surprising, it’s TTs internal logic and rationale that is Just Wrong.

That’s one of the things they stole 😂 yes, the architecture tends to reflect the organization (Conway's Law), that doesn’t mean you should make your organization mimic micro services. So first part: someone else. Their contribution: wrong. And that’s just the first chapter.
