Trump has descended from demented cruel psychopath to a demented cruel psychopath with dementia. The fact his father had severe dementia in his old age doesn't necessarily mean Trump will also head in the same direction, but it sure looks like that's what's happening.

So did his mother. trump's dementia is now well documented and verifiable. Anybody else would have been sent to memory care some time ago. Combine that with his physical decay and long term outcomes don't appear to be happy.
