Im guessing he gets his marching orders from Putins people. Along with Musk, etc. Im guessing the Alaska meeting is where Putin laid out the next phase on the table. with the rest of the plan, it will essentially be a return to pre-WWII with Russia reabsorbing all the Baltic states, Poland divided... This would of course lead to WWIII except this time the US is led by a psychopath with the IQ of a kumquat who is likely compromised. Not ideal.
