I would think the units know they are pawns and being played. They know this will lead to citizens hating them and they know they will be viewed as an occupier and enemy of the people. They didn’t sign up for this. Trumps Gestapo thugs do know what they signed up for. They are the terrorists.

I sincerely hope that's true. They are terrorizing Los Angeles. We've also got wildfires here that are serious and they are needed there. I don't think Hegseth will be thrilled but is he the one in charge anyway?

It's because the federal govt is incompetent and while they use the military to harass citizens, they also make no plans. Last time there was a large deployment the national guard all slept on the ground. I hope the process is as demoralizing for them as it is US citizens.

Hell yeah, they are pissed. They don’t have time for that sh**. Soldiers, Airmen, & Navy in independent anonymous interviews, overwhelmingly state that they dream for a policy change, so they can go kill Russians in Ukraine, instead of being made to play cops,for political photo ops, in California!
