Looks like he is setting up to go for the cartels and/or Venezuela next. Maybe the Army in DC is the prelude, securing the capital from the massive protests that would occur. What's the reason to have 5000 troops standing to in DC, certainly not for a few carjackers or hoods slinging dimebags.
