The administration is saying it's part of some 'anti-cartel mission'. They also deployed the two Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Groups and the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit(4,000 marines) as well as an attack sub and a missile cruiser. Currently it's 'a show of force', we'll have to see where it goes.

In other words, the summits are over and people are still clamoring for the Epstein files, so start another crisis.
