Texas GOP has locked Rep. Nicole Collier in the House chamber for over 24 hours against her will, for refusing to vote in favor of her party’s own political extinction. It’s straight-up fascism.

Maybe they do things differently in Texas but in my state that's called Unlawful Imprisonment and it is considered to be a felony. It would be very interesting if the local prosecutor there in Austin chose to file criminal charges against the people who are holding Rep Collier against her will.

Actually it's kidnapping and illegal. We know Texas law enforcement is full of cowards, but if they don't enforce laws that protect taxpayers, then why are they getting paid with taxpayer money?
