This will end up at the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court is packed with Judges who subscribe to the "muscular" version of the Unitary President theory as does the Heritage Foundation. They are likely to uphold Trumps powers. Its might be too early to celebrate

The court delayed any enforcement as the case is appealed to the Supreme Court. So far the SC has bent to him in the majority of cases it has ruled on so I won’t hold my breath.
