Having one of the worst public school systems among the entire developed nations might have something to do with it... Ignorance brings distrust and the GOP uses it to manipulate the poorly educated into supporting what is bad for them...

🤔 Possibly because the public saw the way both Democrats and GOP were feeding themselves too often at the trough of money provided by billionaires and corporations. So "FK the system" was the response. And Trump is definitely fucking the system. But not changing the fundamental driver, greed.
