We cant call in the military if the military is following these unlawful orders. Its like trying to call the police on the police....

I was thinking if we got ahead of the curve with the "National Guard" under control of the state, as opposed to the regular military. But I know I don't understand the law well. For one I thought a governor had to give permission to the Federal Government to use their state National Guard. 💁🏼‍♀️ 🚬😎

I dont claim to know the laws either. I due know that the national guard is a gray area so that us how they are able to exploit the loop hole that allows a president to federalize the national guard and take them from the states authority but that can only be done lawfully during an invasion 1/2

That hasn't stopped them in LA so far. Until the courts get involved which can take up to 30 days. DC isnt a state with a governor so the president can do that whenever he wants since the white house has the authority over them
