Seems like a project meant to increase power to the first two-that may end-up eventually being a third thing..that’s also not good.

That's what keeps getting me. At bare minimum its not good, just hard shoving it into a category of bad.

Agree, think we’ll have to see-doubt very seriously it adds to any kind of plus for the people-and likely will contribute to at least one catastrophe.
