Roberta Strauss Feuerlicht, "The fate of the Jews" 1983. "A wronged people does not have the right to wrong others." People being wronged have a right to resist (UNGA 2625, for one).

Moshe Dayan once said bluntly, “We came to this country which was already populated by Arabs, and we are establishing a Hebrew, that is a Jewish state here. . . . Jewish villages were built in the place of Arab villages. . . . There is not one place built in this country that did not have a former Arab population. Most of the land was expropriated, not only from Arabs who fled, but from Arabs who did not flee. Those who fled were not permitted to return, even if they went no farther than the next village. Arabs who never moved an inch had their land taken from them, usually without compensation. It is estimated that at least 40 percent of the land was confiscated from Arabs who were legal residents of Israel. An Israeli journalist described land seizures as “wholesale robbery in legal guise.”
