Public streets belong to the public. Even the unhoused. One of the things I'd like to see more is getting help for the mentally ill. Compassion. Resources that they know nothing about. Transportation to services. Jailing them accomplishes ZERO!

not nothing. it makes the biggest losers around feel like big tough strong boys for kicking people when they are down.
