So….on to Act 3 in which Utah Repubs spend more of their limitless $$$ to find another judge/court to overturn this decision and if necessary on to Supreme Court who will do as they’re paid to do. Right?

Utah Supreme Court ruled it's unconstitutional to void citizen initiatives already and sent it back to this judge before this.

Please let us believe you're right and the state supreme court will do the right thing! If so, I think we'll have a Democrat Congress person from UT.

We'll see how the Utah SC handles the inevitable appeal. The state itself says they need maps by Nov 1st or people won't be able to file for office, and because it's a local constitutional issue and not national, the SCOTUS probably can't interfere, but no promises.
