A full season out of Norris AND a step forward in production for Quinn & Benson could be enough but I hate that they keep relying on IFs. Use those pieces to go get bonafide top 6ers and stop fucking around

Getting a top 6 whatever isn't like going to the store for milk and eggs. Somebody has to want to trade with you, that player has to be willing, if there's an NMC, to come here. It's not like the Sabres don't want to do it.

They don't want to do it bc they absolutely could. There's dozens of players that could slot in our T6 that don't have NMC/NMT but Adams refuses to pay the price. After 14y of no playoffs I would happily mortgage the future. They're still acting like they're building, they need to be in win now mode
